Payment for services rendered are collected at the time of service.  This includes co-pays, estimated co-insurances and deductibles.

We accept cash, check, or credit card payments.

Our office visit fee averages $175.00. Any additional services such as x-rays, sutures, labs etc, are billed in addition to the office visit.

All past due patient balances must be paid in full before being seen.

Checks from patients in collection, past or present, are not accepted. Cash or credit cards will be accepted.

We are pleased to have been able to serve the medical needs of the patients in our community for nearly a decade.  So that we can continue to provide the high level of service that you have come expect, and that you deserve, we ask that patients pay their bills promptly and fully.
