A. We are open from 9am to 9pm, every day of the year.

Q. Do I need an appointment to come in?
A. No. We are a walk-in facility - No appointment necessary!

Q. Do you take my insurance?
A. We participate with many insurance plans. Please refer to our Insurance page for more information.

Q. What do I need to bring for a visit?
A. You will need a valid photo identification (ex. Driver's license), your insurance card,  the name and date of birth of the policy holder, your copay or payment for visit if you do not have insurance or have non-participating insurance. If you take medications on a regular basis, we encourage you to bring in a list of your medications so we can have a permanent copy in your chart for future visits.

Q. What type of facility is EmUrgentCare?
A. It is a professional medical facility providing unscheduled medical treatments. We are equipped to treat all urgent and non-urgent illnesses and injuries. We are committed to providing prompt, professional and courteous treatment for the whole family.

Q. What medical problems/concerns do you care for?
A. EmUrgentCare is a professional medical facility equipped to treat all urgent and non-urgent illnesses and injuries for patients of all ages.  We Treat sprains & fractures, cuts & lacerations, colds, flu, ear/throat infections, asthma and much more.

Q. Can I be seen for a work related injury?
A. Yes. You will need to provide your company's worker's compensation insurance information (carrier, address, phone number, contact person), which can be obtained from your employer. As well as a valid photo identification.

Q. I don’t have health insurance, how much will it cost for me to be seen?
A. The cost of an office visit at EmUrgentCare averages $175.00. Other services, such as x-rays, lab services, sutures, etc., are additional.  Please see our payment policy for further information.

Q. Can you take x-rays?
A. Yes. We have in-house x-ray facilities, available during all operating hours. If you require a copy of your x-ray because of a referral to an orthopaedist, we can provide that service for a nominal fee.

Q. Do you offer the flu vaccine?
A. We hope to be able to offer this service to all in need, however because of supply shortages we cannot guarantee we will have any on hand. Please call ahead to make sure we can supply this to you. Importantly, the flu vaccine often is not covered by insurance.

Q. Do I need a referral?
A. Some insurance plans do require a referral to be seen at EmUrgentCare. Please see what your insurance requires by reviewing our insurance page, and by contacting your insurance company regarding their guidelines.

Q. Can you bill me?
A. Our policy is that payment be made in full at time of service. Therefore, we are unable to bill our patients. For further information, please review our payment policy.
